following the footsteps of
Louis Vuitton: Art, Fashion and Architecture book, Prada has just released their own tome entitled Prada: Creativity, Modernity, Innovation

it traces the Milanese fashion house's history since its beginnings in 1913. with particular focus on their foray into the art-design-architecture world from the time Miuccia Prada took over the family business in 1978. features such as their super futuristic exhibition space called the Prada Transformer designed by Rem Koolhaas, to their collaborations and commissions with contemporary artists such as James Jean's Trembled Blossoms (aka the Fairy Collection) for Spring 2008, and all their cutting-edge ad campaigns from 1987 to the present. sounds good to me.

i should get me a copy soon. so should you.

for more info visit the
Prada website.
